| Jordan:
What can people expect to get out of Satsang? Katie: Absolutely nothing. K: Satsang is gathering together to rest and to be. The field of presence is stronger when a group of people gather together. K: If there is a break in the mind-stream you fall through into the stillness that you really are. |

J: So, what I can expect to get out of it is a
different sense of myself, of life, really? K: We are all essence and this idea of separation that causes of all suffering is caused from the idea of being separate. You’re resting in this conscious awareness of essence. J: People seem to have a sense that, "I'm not enough." K: You realize you're the completeness of being the totality of all existence. J: Is that possible for me, for example? K: Not for 'me.' |

K: Investigate and curiously look inside and inquire,
“Who is this ‘I’?
Is there anyone really here? K: There is no separate sense of self here. K: Everything must be directly experienced, and that is done through watching. |
